• We contact you regarding your order using the details you provide. Please ensure they are correct.

2. Custom Mugs

• All mugs are customized based on the designs, lines, or lyrics you choose.
• Prints may vary slightly in color or appearance due to the printing process.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to deliver your orders on time, but delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.
• Lyrical Sip is not liable for any shipping delays or damages caused during transit.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and designs, is owned by Lyrical Sip. You may not copy or use this content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
